Licensed + independent

5 years building outdoors. A more personal way to build.

Southpine Design is led by a licensed residential general contractor with 5 years of hands-on building experience. Before becoming independent, he spent those years learning the work inside another company.

That experience now comes with one-on-one attention: practical recommendations, clear communication, and pride in the details that make a porch or deck feel settled—not simply added on.
